At Laurel London, every bag is handmade with care and prepared especially for you. Please read the information below before placing your order.

 

Processing Times

As our bags are handmade, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

For custom orders, including specific colour or hardware requests, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be made and prepared.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

 

Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are outside of Laurel London’s control once your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details where applicable.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Laurel London cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We will do our best to assist you and contact the delivery provider where necessary.

Please note that Laurel London is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, particularly during busy periods or circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in the future. If international delivery is offered, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges associated with their order.
