Each Laurel London bag is handmade to order with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, stitching and finish may occur and are not considered faults.

 

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised bags made specifically to your requirements are not eligible for return or cancellation due to a change of mind. Please carefully check your colour, hardware and any other specifications before placing your order.

Faulty Items

If your bag arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the fault and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care or normal wear and tear.
